Nurture Your Mind, Body & Spirit With Intention

Mind

  • Journal your thoughts or feelings
  • Practice gratitude (3 things you're thankful for)
  • Unplug from technology for 30+ minutes
  • Read something inspiring or calming
  • Set an affirmation or intention for the day
  • Practice deep breathing or mindfulness
  • Organise or declutter one small area

Body

  • Drink at least 6–8 glasses of water
  • Eat a colourful, nourishing meal
  • Stretch or move your body mindfully (yoga, dance, walk)
  • Rest when needed (nap, slow morning, early night)
  • Take a bath with salts or essential oils
  • Do a body scan meditation
  • Get some fresh air and sunlight

Spirit

  • Meditate or sit in silence
  • Spend time in nature
  • Cleanse your space with sage, palo santo, or incense
  • Connect with a loved one or support circle
  • Practice a moon ritual or seasonal reflection
  • Use a crystal or oracle card for guidance
  • Do something creative just for fun

Weekly Soulful Add-Ons

  • Digital detox day
  • Sacred space refresh (altar, bedroom, desk)
  • Reflect on the past week: what felt good? what felt draining?
  • Plan one joyful or restorative activity just for you
  • Make a seasonal tea blend or herbal remed

Tip: Don’t aim to tick every box. Instead, ask yourself daily:
“What does my mind, body, and spirit need most today?”
Then honour that with one small, loving act.
