- Meditate or sit in silence
- Spend time in nature
- Cleanse your space with sage, palo santo, or incense
- Connect with a loved one or support circle
- Practice a moon ritual or seasonal reflection
- Use a crystal or oracle card for guidance
- Do something creative just for fun

- Digital detox day
- Sacred space refresh (altar, bedroom, desk)
- Reflect on the past week: what felt good? what felt draining?
- Plan one joyful or restorative activity just for you
- Make a seasonal tea blend or herbal remed
